My letter.
Hi,Ms.Assif.This is Halyna Bobrovska. I don't know what Ihave to write about.I think I'll tell you a little bit about my family and me.I am from Ukraine.This country is located in the East Europe.I came to the USA in 2002 because I won green card.Therefore,Ihave been living here for three years with my husband and two children.My son Max is 19years old, and He is a student of University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. My daughter Sofiya is a student of Elementary Columbus School.I work ,study,and take care of my family at the same time.It is hard,but Ithink it is nesessery for my better future.

Hi Halyna,I applaud your decision to go back to school and make the huge committment. I feel honored to get to know your family through you.
Your journal writing can be about anything we did in class i.e. something you liked/ did not like/ observed...Think about the journal writing as a continuation of our class conversation.
